酒店位置较好，停车方便，门口保安大叔尽职尽责，安排车辆有序停车、出入，非常负责。进入大厅有一只非常可爱的画眉鸟“你好，欢迎光临”！太开心了。酒店的卫生保健工作非常到位，附近有很多的地方特色餐馆，推荐自驾游的朋友们携家人入住。早餐中规中矩可以吃饱，分量足够。

性价比高，早餐还不错，酒店前就有滨江公园，沿着江边边散步边欣赏落日挺不错非常惬意，晚上夜景也很美。天水人真不错，饭店老板和蔬果店老板非常热情、友好。

酒店大堂有只鹦鹉，特别逗，会说好多句话，前台小姐姐很温柔，门口就是公园，出去走走也很方便。离天水火车站滴滴6元。
