真实客观的评价:总体讲该酒店地理位置较好，距伏羲庙较近。酒店工作人员接人待物冷漠，入住时车辆停滞在马路边，无人指挥安置，我带着孩子大包小包，大厅内保安，服务员数人无人上前帮忙，然看客者皆是！入住后，洗漱间有很浓的异味，洗浴后下水不畅！早餐卫生条件较差，咱不议品质如何，只说餐具皆是洗刷后就摆放在桌上，未经杀菌消毒处理，餐具除水渍还有残留。最后重点说说此酒店的诚信，我们是自驾游，所以选酒店则侧重于停车场，酒店在网上承诺有免费停车场，实则入住后酒店保安指引去的是距酒店400米的公共停车场，停车时间是19点左右，次日12点左右取车，共收费37元，于酒店协商退仅退现金10元。天水是甘肃旅游名城，更是文明开启之地，请问店家何谓诚信！何谓宾至如归！一路旅途，途经三省，这是入住最差的一家宾馆，本想回到本省境内真好，无奈旅途的最后一站只留唏嘘一片！

:位置还好，停车不方便，房间设施一一太简单了，卫生间没有置物架，没有吹风机，没有插座，对挂三来说不应该！前台保安态度极好！
