第二次入住，这次连住了两天，无可挑剔，服务一如即往的好，所有工作人员都是微笑服务，是天水最好的酒店，没有之一！早餐也很棒！

麦积山下来方便、好找，二十几公里，地处麦积区；
酒店新装修，干净卫生；
服务人员礼貌但感觉不到热情；
车库不好找，没有指示标识，车库内弯道大，建议驾驶技术不够成熟的朋友换老司机开车进车库，车库车位充足且免费，车库到酒店电梯的过道简单装修了的，过道内音乐与酒店同步，看得出酒店的用心良苦。
房间大，干净卫生，床用舒适，热水充足；
房间无地暖！有空调！但，没有制热功能
，十月中旬的天水，这样的房间给人感觉冷冰冰，让入住感受大打折扣！

特别糟糕的一次体验，六点入住，九点多才有热水，洗澡时差点没被烫死，虽然免费升级了房型，可依然没水啊，有啥用。
