这次在艺龙定的酒店，太麻烦了，看到有到反
现金才定，结果定了说我没使用优
券，第一次肯定不懂他们家的这些使用方法了，反应到客户部，承诺说给我反现金100，结果是一直没有反给我，每次反应都说尽快反给我，结果反应了8次还是没有反，不知道这个艺龙网的处理客户问题是一直忽悠，还是要客户每天都为了这事弄得心情糟糕呢？

酒店服务很好，出现问题就可以及时解决，而且前台和打扫卫生的服务员均可按客户要求安排工作，值得表扬。酒店设施比较简单，而且由于天水市区结构的特殊性，导致酒店位置离火车站较远，但该酒店楼下就是市里唯一一条公交线的必经之路，总体来说出行还是比较的方便，并且酒店门前有收费停车场，24小时有人监管，客人停车比较方便，总体推荐入住。
