非常一般的酒店，早餐也不好，270很不值。国庆居然会一下到588。

空调不冷，冰箱不冷（房间换过了，冰箱也换过了）。电梯时坏的，要自己走楼梯，有行李的很不方便。走道的空调都不开。洗漱的东西第二天没有续配。唯一好的就是服务很好，很热情。旁边的餐厅味道也不错，而且价格便宜。就是下班很早，晚上吃饭8点钟就让买单了。

总体还算可以，老宾馆设施有些旧，房间不大，服务方面还算不错。特别惊喜是预订确认后价格又因为搞活动下调。宾馆里的饭店价格很实惠，海鲜很新鲜。
