刚开业一年左右，看得出酒店上下极力想赢得好评，服务态度确实很好，入住送一份水果和牛奶至房间。因为是新酒店，卫生和设施都很好。酒店早餐品种多质量好，比住过的大部分高星级酒店都好。平时的价格也合理，性价比极高。

酒店在天台新区，位置相对于老城比较偏。但酒店设施、服务整体还算不错。在细节方面酒店还需要跟上，比如家庭房和亲子房毕竟有区别，家庭房入住一般孩子偏大，亲子房孩子相对较小。虽然都是三人入住，但毕竟不同。酒店在家庭房内放置两双成人拖鞋，一双儿童拖鞋。盥洗室内放置两把成人牙刷，一把儿童牙刷感觉不妥。如果酒店认为有可能会有儿童随家人入住家庭房，那就不妨多放置一双成人拖鞋和成人牙刷。寥寥几句，仅供参考，祝酒店生意越来越红火！

开元是个品牌，自驾游的不二选择。前台很热情，提供了天台地图，并告诉我们哪里有活动哪里好玩，晚上还送了一盘水果，很贴心。这里到景区很方便，离高速口近，以后还会选择开元。
