这家酒店在天堂寨镇上来说，还是不错的，没有电脑，但是比较干净，风景也还可以。相对镇上的一些旅店，环境服务要好很多。

徒有虚名！服务差，卫生条件差，号称宽带免费，却不提供电脑，租50元/台/晚，早餐也就是稀饭咸菜，同程网提前一天预订，交了保证金，却提供一楼房间住宿。服务态度也不好，刷卡很不情愿。即使考虑景区环境，200多元的标间还是显得太贵，还不如直接找100元左右的私人旅馆，也许还干净卫生些！

很清静的宾馆，旁边就有很多土菜馆，对同程的服务很满意。以后外出订宾馆都经过同程，实惠、方便、安全。
