景区内，环境非常好，空气清新，大门口有景区交通车停靠点，酒店也有交通车接送，非常方便，唯一不足，就是订的观瀑楼405房间不朝阳，背靠大山，晒不到太阳，疫情没结束，不敢开空调，有点阴冷，夏天会很凉快，下次订要订带阳台的房间，总之，半价特惠，性价比还是非常高的

位置绝佳，视野开阔，比民宿要好一些，前台服务态度非常好，帮助拿行李到房间，希望以后房间在入住前能仔细打扫，希望餐厅质量能提高。

酒店就在天堂寨景区内，适合自驾出行，离白马大峡谷和瀑布入口都不远。酒店环境很好，坐落在半山腰，能听到山谷轰隆轰隆的流水声，这个季节野花盛开。早餐不错，有现做的软饼，中晚餐也可以在酒店吃，各种砂锅价廉物美。房间略有些潮湿，蚊虫多了点，但还是瑕不掩瑜，玩天堂寨的很好选择，值得入住。

早餐不错，喜欢豆腐脑，豆腐皮，很有特色。每餐都在餐厅吃饭，干净卫生。酒店环境空气好。特别赞??一下前台的童小姐，热情耐心，服务周到，还特意帮我们约车，指点路线。对这次入住很满意！

别墅区山景房，房子大、干净，设备很新也很高档。停车可以停入口停车场，也可以停大堂外。餐厅在别墅区前面一点，也算方便。
酒店位置很好，景区大巴站就在大门口，大约10分钟一辆。上山下山都很便利。
