差劲，各种差劲。到酒店因为是网站上预订，既不给发票也不给收据。还各种态度不好。看房间时候，还有客户反映打扫卫生的把人家东西弄丢了。要不是在学校旁边，鬼住这家态度这么差劲的酒店。前台说网上特价房和店里预订的预订的房间不一样，还说不出来哪不一样，真不懂搞什么，差劲的体验

很高兴的一次入住。前台服务员态度很好，我们咨询很多问题，都能很有耐心的给我们一一解答，房间环境好，有热水，四楼是餐饮，菜品多，服务好，我们点的美团餐，很实惠，味道很好，离学校很近，下次还会入住。
