酒店前台非常亲切！感谢对延迟退房的理解和处理，晚了两个多小时退房，本来已经交款续住了，退房的时候，前台向经理做了请示，直接延退了，没有收取延退的房费，非常感动。从2020年开始，来开原就住这家酒店，环境服务都非常好！再次感谢前台和经理！

设施很新，总体不错。
但是去一楼中餐厅吃饭，坐的散台，结账时候告诉每道菜额外加10块钱，我点三道菜额外加了30，大过年的没爱和你们掰扯。我就不明白如果坐包间了加点服务费可以理解，我坐的散台你这加的什么钱？点菜的时候怎么没人提这个费用？结账时侯直接打单子里？这个行为真的搞笑。

性价比特别高，这个价格享受4星左右的环境。卫生也挺好 ，基本上可以说很干净 ，客房服务人员态度也很好。前台有些忙 ，难免感觉服务不够周到。以后去开原 还是会住的。
