一是酒店服务态度有待提升。前台与客房说话都不太客气。二是早餐质量一般，三是空调不好用，中央空调，开了一夜最低温度，房间温度也降不下来。空调是大问题。四是卫生有待加强，浴缸里没弄干净的女人头发。五是房间灯非常昏暗，不亮堂，晚上看不清。

大床房，只管一个人的早餐，特意要的无烟房，住一宿，差点没把握呛死，墙皮到地面，卫生间到床上用品，有一样不带烟草清香的，我都不好意思显摆，还不知道我身高120的大闺女早上吃它60的早饭能吃到什么

据说是铁岭最好的，四百多一晚，啥也不是啊，那地毯脏的，全是灰；屋子里散不去的浓厚的发霉气味；灯光昏暗到闹心的程度，再也不会入住了！
