我经常出门，所以住的酒店非常多！这个酒店首先说有点，还是比较干净的，但是毛巾感觉品质很一般，都发硬了感觉，是不是长期不更换呢！服务真的太一般了，说的还比较客气，特别是大堂的，微笑没有，站了一排人，办理手续的就一个，然后也没有排队办理或者说在询问时就特别敷衍的说一声，你等一会！感受很不好！另外，酒店房间的吹风机是有问题的，所有的呀，因为打电话过去询问了，服务中心的人说的所有的吹风机都这样，什么问题呢，就是用强风吹头发一会就会自动断电，然后你得休息好久才能继续使用，我这晚上洗完澡一共吹了三次，共计30分钟，还没有吹干呀，然后就直接睡觉了。想让他们找一个别的吹风机，回复是酒店的吹风机都一样，也没有额外可以借出的。周边的环境连个超市都没有，想买几瓶矿泉水完全买不到，留下有个自动售货机，已经全部卖完，打电话给服务台，告知酒店的矿泉水5元一瓶，就是超市里卖9角或者1元的那种呀，这也太坑人了。想试图和他们沟通，外地来的，不知道这边买水这么不方便，能否送我两瓶，因为你们卖的也太贵了，被拒绝，哎！这个酒店消费在唐山市来讲也不便宜，体验真的很一般！
