酒店位于市郊，濒临黄台湖，风景很不错，交通也便利，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。出差每次必定入住，软件和硬件的条件都非常好，服务员很热情，整体上都很满意，下次还会入住。

一个中规中矩的三星级宾馆，其实更准确说就是迁钢的接待处。宾馆标志不明显，大堂也不太大。客房还算宽敞，但设备比较简单，有小冰箱，没有吹风机。淋浴没有喷头只有花洒，不太好用。一次性洗漱小件档次也较低。早餐品种不太多，但馒头、牛奶、鸡蛋等都有，吃饱没问题。可赞的是，前台非常热情，卫生非常好。到处都是干干净净的。如果是到迁钢出差或者在附近办事，还是可以入住的地方。但是相对于迁安这个小地方，这种档次的宾馆，价格有些贵了。
