酒店硬件没问题，洁具都是科勒的，装修档次也够，最大的特点是清静，环境也很好！问题是服务，不是服务态度而是服务水平和意识，离星级酒店还差很远！我去年入住，刚好赶上那晚欧洲杯决赛，特别想看，但被告知电视信号出问题了，就没看成，这次电视信号也不好，有很多台有杂音，根本听不清楚，而且哪个房间都这样！类似这样的问题还有很多，希望改进！值得表扬的是中餐厅，味道和价格都不错！

第二次入住'酒店硬件很好'房间干净整洁'但服务有待提高'不是态度问题'是整体服务管理水平'与五星酒店比起来有较大差距'但在迁西一带'算最好的了'总的说来还不错！
