已经连续入住7次了，服务很好。地理位置便利，性价比高。前台的工作人员较以前懈怠，办理退房手续时，一边聊天一边办业务。在没有查房前已经办好结算手续。但要求等查房后再离开，这一点可以理解。等了近10分钟，前台人员也未告知是否可以离店。客人主动询问时才发现前台人员始终在接打电话，没有及时告知查房结果。此举稍显不周，希望能改进。
