环境不错的酒店，很安静的！服务人员能够主动打招呼，很有礼貌的职业素养！尤其是对前台杨丽表示感谢，老人把东西落在酒店了，及时联系我，当天快递寄出，谢谢了

早餐丰富，观湖房间景色非常棒，内部设施很好，但软服务还需加强，入住两天，只有第一天有送水果和免费咖啡包、茶包；第二天这些就都没有了！在乐亭入住的另一家酒店除了两天主动送水果和免费咖啡包、茶包、免矿水，办理退房时又每人送了瓶水，虽然没多少钱，但让人感觉很贴心。望商家改进！

干净程度还可以，整体不可避免的有一点点旧，镜子上还有锈斑…不过比我预想中好了，还是很舒适的，服务态度也很好。下次还会选择这里

早餐有待加强，服务可以。这个级别酒店现在都使用胶囊咖啡机了，这家现在还是三合一袋装雀巢速溶咖啡。还有就是大床房的大床离两边开关有点远，男性单手都够不到，必须起床才能碰到开关。

晚上办理入住，前台小姐姐态度很好，早餐品种不多，但是能吃饱，房间里面的设施不错，就是热水不太热，水流很小，洗澡有些不方便，洗发水、护发素和沐浴液的小瓶子太硬了，挤不动，用着很不方便，停车场很大，酒店位置应该比较偏，但是周围环境好，后面有音乐喷泉，离唐人街不夜城比较近。双床的床比较小，酒店有游泳池。
