酒店位置特别好，出行特别方便。万达广场，百货大楼，抗震纪念碑广场，大钊公园都在跟前。装修一如洲际酒店的风格，客房很干净，大床软硬合适，休息非常好。服务人员热情周到，客房服务很好。智能机器人孩子非常喜欢。

赶上假期开车去唐山玩订了这家酒店，地理位置很好，基本上在市中心了，隔着一条小马路就是万达广场，对面就是抗震纪念碑和李大钊公园，不管是参观游览还是出去吃饭购物都很便利。酒店房间卫生好，很干净，大堂服务引导都很热情，早餐虽然谈不上种类非常多但是口味和品种还是符合酒店定位的。总之还是比较完美的住宿体验，下次来唐山应该还会住这里。

这次体验有一些小插曲。已经住过很多回了，头一次遇见水单问题。你们财务的事，别让我们这些住客报销受影响啊！半天还解决不了，耽误事啊。虽然最后完美解决了，但还是要求你们能提高服务和效率。
