酒店房间隔音很差，早餐服务混乱，房间卫生打扫不仔细，住过最差的香格里拉，原来订的两晚，只住一晚就退房了！

完全不符合五星标准 屋里的椅子都破了！办理入住 离店退房 每个人得办理15分钟 效率其低 连去咨询都要排队 太可笑了！游泳池竟然晚上6点半才开放 无语！早餐水平也不咋地 总之失败的一次住宿！不会再住！

住过多个香格里拉，唐山、南京可以算入住、退房最慢的，当然都不快，包括深圳购物公园那个。还有金环会的数据不知道是怎么整理的，找不到会员号多次。这个唐山的早餐实在是样数太少了，西式冷盘就一个萨拉美，而且只有一片了。09:30过去的时候差不多有十种食品都只剩一个盘底儿了。成本控制的好哈。成都锦江宾馆早餐会给入座的客人一个台签，别人看见就不会再入座了。今天早上我已经放好盘子水果的桌，和另外两波人冲突。供参考。图片的香肠是我另外点的。
