今后到唐山宁愿住快捷酒店也不会住这里了，理由如下：
1温度，酒店用的中央空调，大堂很凉快，进入房间就不一样了，房间内的空调只能选择风速，就是选择温度也是没用，服务人员说刚给一个房间温度26度的客人换了房间，我这个房间应该整个酒店最凉快的了，我看了一个空房间还真是，在外奔波一天的苦*花498竟然吹不到冷风，最后服务员给我弄了个电扇，好在有个不清楚的电视可以看世界杯；
2服务态度，可能酒店缺乏服务礼仪和相关培训，举个小例子前台给旅客的各种东西都是单手而且不抬眼皮同时没有礼貌用语；
3早餐问题，9点四十到餐厅被告知早餐已经结束十分钟不能再进了，当我转身离开的时候和我同电梯下来的客人不听理睬直接进入餐厅，当我开完发票后抱着好奇的心里进去看到同电梯的客人坐在哪里吃的津津有味，当问到是否还有吃的的时候服务员告知客人都是九点半之前进来的，现在没有吃的了，心中一万个……飘过
我之所以写那么多真的担心酒店的生存问题，挺好的位置如何荒废了就太可惜啦

酒店挺不错的，里面设施也还行。前台服务也不错，周边也还不借，下次有机会出差还会选择这里。。。。。。。。

亲子房一大一小床，小床还是各种图案的，孩子很喜欢！房间还有赠送魔方小礼物，孩子们更高兴，早餐素食自助，也是不错👍
