开始给安排了对着走廊的房间，跟前台沟通后很勉强的给换了一间，但依然对着走廊，心好累，懒得再找前台，好在只住一晚。新换的房间空调是坏的，后来又找工人给维修的，好在换了个元件，很快就修好了。总体来说，客房阿姨和维修师傅的服务态度很好，前台服务人员的态度反而很差，办理入住过程全程一张臭脸，语气冰冷，顿时让人心情很差。起初以为是偶然遇到不好的服务人员，但是在盛世花园也入住过几次了，除了一次体验还不错以外，其余前台人员基本都是一样的差，前台服务人员的素质是一个酒店的门面，不知道是管理者的服务理念就是走这种高冷路线，还是前台服务人员自身的问题。总体来说，设施四星酒店水平，房间里连小冰箱都没有；前台服务人员连快捷酒店的服务人员都不如，要不是维修师傅和客房大姐态度很好，真心连一星都不想给；个人感觉这家酒店唯一的优势也就是价格便宜了。
唐山的几个五星酒店基本都住过了，总体来说服务这块都是薄弱环节，但是基本上盛世花园的服务是最差的，以后还是优先选择香格里拉吧。看来价位的高低还是有道理的！
