非常喜欢，性价比极高的一家酒店。从门口看就很高档了，房间很大，设施完善，卫生间与厕所是分开独立的，这样就很方便也干净，做到干湿分离。前台美女看到有小宝宝就立刻通知客房，给送水果和玩具，门口服务的帅哥，会把行李送到屋里，很有礼貌，一直微笑，有一种五星级酒店的感受。房间费用还包含了汗蒸项目。很不错的体验，以后再来是首选

酒店环境不错，早餐品种也比较全，只是服务员的水平真是天壤之别，母亲带着孩子在洗浴大堂，着急连WI-FI孩子用IPAD上课，请求大堂前台帮忙连接，前台当时没有客人，服务员以各种理由不给连网，最后还是门外的保安帮忙解决的，试问这么大一个酒店就这种前台当花瓶摆那看的吗，差评，差评，如果当天我在，前台挨揍都差不多！

我住在四层，很安静，房间设施很新，适合带孩子住，送给了孩子一个小玩偶。基本每次住酒店孩子都能收到小礼物??。五百元左右，在唐山住得很值得。前台态度很好。酒店地理位置也很好。开车去抗震博物馆还有开滦矿山博物馆还有电影院都在二十分钟左右。

好大的建筑群，洗浴和唐宫餐饮都很排场
酒店反向在最后面，倒让人没有5星的感觉。
大堂有些局促，楼道反而宽敞明亮
房间干净，床品舒适，无异味，安静。
卫生间干湿分离，各种设备状况佳。
标间两个1.5米床，带孩子完全不用加床。
有地下停车场，免费停车。能连通各楼。
早餐尚丰盛，主食品种多。但冷餐肉，奶制品，西式食物有较大差距。
入住送两人免除洗浴券，几个汗蒸房，可消闲一晚上。68元可做40分钟足疗。都去洗浴，房间浴室可免了打扫，客房估计乐了。
酒店后门可直接进公园，晨练可一直爬到后面山头，看唐山全貌。
改进之处：开车来酒店，入口引导不够，初来也不知酒店前台在最后楼，停车后走老远。
早餐服务员不候在门口，还要追着问客人要房卡，不爽。
