  Excellent location in Shinjuku. Rooms were very clean and more spacious than typical hotels in Tokyo. Room had lots of charging ports and a multi-port cable for convenience. Facilities were fine, though would have been great if there was a gym.

  服务前台英文不错，服务也很好，房间干净整洁又安静，交通超方便，附近太好逛太好买啦。 今年六月去住品川王子，品质比品川王子好，下次来东京不住品川了。

  房间小，早餐差，服务差 这么小要2000+人民币，服务有人没有？性价比太差，下次来东京绝不选他们，我推着2个大箱子连帮忙的人都没有，日本人的服务在这店根本体现不出，太遗憾，下次不会选
