  Very close to Nishi Shinjuku station and also can 10minutes walk to JR Yamanote line. Close to manu restaurants and convenience stores. Location is not too crowded. Breakfast i chose to buy cafe late and sandwich at ST Marc cafe downstairs. Recommended for the accessibility.

  Dusty carpet and room. Room housekeeping only on every third day of the stay. If you stay 2 nights there is no room housekeeping. No complimentary bottle drinks or water dispenser.

  Very convenient location - Metro is just 5 mins walk. Behind hotel has many good restaurants to try . Service was acceptable with most of them can converse in English.

  环境乾净、服务良好 虽然不在新宿站旁边，但离西新宿站走路只有2分钟 且还有免费使用寄物柜（不是寄放在柜台）的设施 真的很贴心 不过建议可以不用订早餐 找些特色早餐会比较实惠
