一切都还好，特别是酒店环境非常好，大气舒服。唯独服务管理不到位，入住时办理了地下免费停车业务，早起从地下车库出车时，保安竟然要收取50元停车费，孩子马上要比赛了，时间紧着急走，又有押金在前台，怎么说也不行，就是要交钱。跟前台沟通后，前台服务员来交钱，才开杆。真是少见了

环境太好了。设施非常不错，自动窗帘让儿子一进门时非常开心??居住环境就是一个美字了得，再去还住这里。漂亮漂亮善良。豪华套房价格让我们普通百姓都能接受，而且设施太棒了

梅河口新开的酒店，目前试营业！很多服务和硬件需要改善，酒店设施比较好房间很大！窗帘是电动控制！在梅河口这种酒店排名前二名！温泉据说年底会开！餐厅不行没有什么人服务都跟不上！希望酒店管理专业培训一下！
