前台是门面，对于此酒店的门面，我只能说一言难尽，态度实在是不适合做服务，俗话说笑脸迎人，你就算没我笑脸，最起码也该有个礼貌，不但没有该给顾客甩脸子，本人非常无语。

位置设施都很好很旧，但价格便宜能接受老旧的，但卫生实在不如30块的小旅馆，到处都是灰尘毛发，除了床上可以说达到恶心的程度，好像半年没打扫一样，凳子上都是渣滓，晚7.半前台就一个人，一帮旅游团的等着办手续，被子像夏凉被，这时候没供暖把握冻醒了，加了床被子，水壶里不知道是什么脏东西，卫生太差，太差了，东西掉地上都不能检，都是体毛，太脏了！
