酒店很好，价格实惠，环境很好，值得一提的是早餐很好，交通方便，在酒店住了一天，开了五个房间，一共11人，房间床很大，两个成人住在标间里的一张床都不挤，，五星推荐

环境和硬件一流。软件很差，早餐一般。服务管理有问题，表现在服务指南上一键通388根本就打通了没有人接，后来问前台说改585了，但房间没有提示。现在天冷中央空调只有冷风。面巾和毛巾看不出来是白色了（不敢用）。

前台服务态度太不好了，在艺龙预定11间房成功后，即将到，打电话给前台，说没有预定，并且还挂电话，导致艺龙客服不停沟通后才入住。价格上也比我之前还贵！！！失望……
