酒店的各方面都好，唯有一点令人就是在通化都供暖了，而酒店还没有暖风，太难受了，吃早餐还得穿着大衣，在房间都不敢脱衣服，冷啊；叫行李员缺人手。

通化基本找不到任何豪华一点的酒店，大概只有这一个酒店还可以凑合住吧。不过服务需要改进啊。
原本以为是国际连锁品牌旗下的酒店，就预定了，可实际上好像只是加盟店而已。
前台入住没有提示早餐地点，时间，没有提示电梯位置，都是小事，都是细节，总体感觉是酒店的管理和培训不到位，不专业。
特别要说的是，入住的时候前台说没有我的订单，不过还是给我住。好像是一种恩赐似的，我把艺龙的APP打开，状态显示是订单已确认，我不知道是因为艺龙出了问题，还是酒店的问题，总之，我对艺龙的这次预定是有些不爽的。
