酒店是2014年新开业的，所以卫生条件很好，干净卫生，设施、设备都很新，没有损坏的现象。而且酒店工作人员的服务态度很好，不论咨询什么事情都能耐心解答。另外，酒店的地理位置很好，坐落于通辽的市中心，距离西拉木伦公园很近，步行一会就能到。距离购物中心也不远，下次来通辽还会选择这家酒店的。
