酒店在通辽市区，环境、卫生还算达标，前台服务十分糟糕，将我的房间预订信息搞错，我订的标准大床房，结果要给我一个无窗特价房。我指出前台的错误，可前台男服务生十分不耐烦，还说“只是搞错房型了，这很正常嘛”，一点歉意没有。前台入职难道没经过培训？！搞错房型难道没关系？！这是你最基本的工作，你竟然搞错了还不以为意！？这好比医生开错药、厨师炒错菜！！而且还说搞错房型“这很正常”！！？酒店最基本最核心的服务就是住宿，这么核心的职能还搞错，还大言不惭地说这很正常！！！不可理喻、难以置信！
