首先，酒店服务一如既往的到位。从入住到离店，既亲切又不会过分阿谀奉。其次，房间市真的大，正好需要会客，房间里的沙发和茶几都起到了一定得作用。最后，一楼的餐厅，菜品做得很好，色香味俱全！真的没想到，家乡的碧桂园很棒！回去选择这里住宿、会客、商餐，很满意！

这好像是通辽最好的酒店，但真的不值。房间是大但粗糙，早餐挺多但不精致。1说可以机场接送，电话说没车；2和凤凰是一个酒店，却显示不在一起3房间里的热水壶见照片4淋浴房少个门见照片5说游泳池健身房开到晚8点，这事第一次听说这么早的酒店。难道碧桂园酒店都这样？都不维护的吗？

酒店超级棒。房间整洁，设施齐全，办理入住的时候把我们的薰衣草观景房提升为了套房。孩子和老婆超级喜欢。感谢前台经理。
