虽然位置偏僻，但环境不错，适合度假。房间设施陈旧，前台服务有待提高。从网上订房间要求预付，但到酒店又不认可，要求前台从新再付，不知道为什么?

很多年的老客户了，阶段性有空会开车过去过个周末，在大山里的小别墅，安静，适合看书、喝茶。设施后来做了些翻新，价格也起来了。对客户的合理需求，有的服务员也有些不够耐烦。希望能让服务于价格保持同步成长，还有给老客户一些优惠和照顾。

度假村已第二次光顾了，整个范围很大，这次住的是别墅。度假村依山傍水，按山势规划，清凉幽静，树木郁郁葱葱，空气清新，是个养身之地。服务、设施离高星级标准还有不小距离，望积极改进。
