铜陵的五星级酒店就算不错了，冬天入住建议大堂暖气稍微暖和点让客人一进门就能感到温暖舒适心情自然也就明朗了！其他方面都不错，性价比也很高！

这酒店服务态度极其恶劣、完全对客人不负责任，大冬天整个晚上空调没有一点效果，把人都冻感冒了！到最后是态度蛮横的说不管他们的事！希望大家以后出差不要再入住。
