基本没有服务，预定含早餐，没有看到早餐券，虽然没有一定要吃早餐，退房速度慢，早上等了半个小时都给退，期间也没有人给我解释原因，最后自己询问再三的下，告诉因为是预授权，可以直接走，白让我等了30分钟
