老板人不错，宾馆离富春江10分钟路程，很近。但是酒店设施设备太老旧了，单从居住体验的话并不是很好。前台一会说要给我们房间升级一会又找借口说不行了。房间一扇窗关不上，渗水发霉的墙用窗帘直接遮着。还有就是人在房间里宾馆里的人用房卡开门说是在门锁测试…

酒店陈旧了些。整体来说，性价比不错。服务不错。走到富春江不远，江边景色很美，特别晚上，有灯光，蛮不错的。

附近公交还是蛮方便的，老板很热情，问路给讲的很详细，周边有超市、KTV、饭馆，价格都比较实惠，总体满意。
