酒店位于桐君山下，是有着几十年历史的老楼，房间装修时间蛮长了，一打开门一股霉味，地板不是一色的，黑一块黄一块，想用热水还得叫服务台，墙纸发黄翘起，枕套黑乎乎的，卫生间里的浴缸里有一块块的黑点，订的四个标间的情况都一样，如果不是自驾，交通不太方便。

酒店位置不错，就在桐君山脚，空气清新，周边的环境挺好，服务也挺热情，我们定了房间不够，还给我们换了一间套件，让我们占了一个便宜，哈哈。但是设施旧了一点，而且早上没有热水洗澡，不能不说是个小遗憾，希望能改进！

桐庐凤凰宾馆,地理位置还不错，但宾馆环境较差，晚上就住开水不开，室内无电水壶，白天室内给你断电。

桐庐凤凰宾馆听起来感觉不错，初到登记就见服务员不耐心了，第二天结帐时更是异想不到，预订的价格180元一晚，实际结帐220元。可笑！！下次您还会去吗？

卫生状况一般，枕头上还有红红的硬壳的爬虫，设施很陈旧，10月3日320元根本不值这个价
