客人入住时就被泼了冷水，说是没预定记录，后来打了几通电话给办了入住手续…可是说好的景观房呢？局促的房间窗外是一个狭小龌蹉的小天井，前面挡着破旧的木栅栏～无语，绝不会订这家了

酒店的装修格调和大环境很好，很喜欢。房间的感觉偏硬温馨家的感觉欠佳，卫生间的卫生就不敢恭维了，浴缸和台盆的硅胶都黑黑的，淋浴水很小，不舒服！

这个酒店环境真的很好，园林式风格，很喜欢庭院，可以喝喝茶看看湖，就是冲着环境来的。具体里面的设施看上去很漂亮，可估计是平时没有人住的原因，空调都没有热风，后来让房务人员修的。家庭房里都缺一套东西，算了，好在服务好，态度不错，都一一解决了。

虽然前台有点不在状态 热水很小 早餐在服务时间内很少 没了也就不再添加了， 但环境好 好吧 唯一推荐的也只有环境好了
