  真的是气死了 这是我预定酒店体验馆最差的一次 订了两间房去前台办理入住工作人员一副爱答不理瞧不起的样子 就算我订的房间不算贵也不应该瞧不起人吧 后面 过分的是第二天两间房还在入住没到退房时间 我父母出去办事酒店就去把房间打扫了 前台明明打电话问过我要不要退房 我说要退还没到时间一会退但是就把另一间房间打扫卫生了 导致我父母回来只在沙发上躺着 都不好意思躺床上 明明第一天入住我就问过可以2点之前退房 还没到两点就一直打电话催 前台人员也是态度不好 看不起人 环境也是老款装修 牙刷脱毛 有一说一老板我家小朋友把房卡弄坏了 下去赔偿 老板给我优惠赔偿 这点感谢老板！其他的都是那些让人糟心的问题 建议各位慎重 也可能各位不会遇见 各位都是有财气的人工作人员的眼光态度也会不一样
