酒店设施差，订的两间标间淋浴房都漏水，台盆上龙头出水紧挨水池壁，洗漱时水极易溅到台面和身上。要的无烟房，大厅前台朋务员不专业（提醒她时，说没注意到客人要求，建议客人检查房间不满意再换房间）。

非常棒的入住体验，新酒店，各方面设施都很好，双人间床是1.5米的很舒服，马桶是智能马桶，我妈超喜欢，是一路上老妈评价最好的一家酒店了！

不得不说这是我在铜仁住的最好最舒服的酒店了，每次出差，总是睡不着，唯一闽商是我每晚都睡的很踏实的酒店，整体环境卫生，床的软硬度，房间的设计都很好，洗手间也很喜欢，早餐算可以了，至少我的需求能满足的，停车也非常方便，基本酒店门口能满足，喜欢喜欢

房间面积、装修标准、酒店用品等方面都达到了四星级别，尤其值得夸奖的是淋浴水量大、水温舒适且恒定，两百多的房价的确算超值了，早餐也在这个价位酒店里是拔尖的。当然，也有不足之处，在此提出是希望能做的更好，一是酒店因新装修，气味有些重，可以采取一些措施，如空气净化器、摆放柚子。皮、无客人入住时敞开门窗等；二是所使用的卫浴洁具为九牧，品牌在国内算挺好的，选用的的马桶为智能马桶，彰显诚意，但冲水水流及声音极大，既不环保有有些吵。

早餐的话简单了一些，但是酒店服务很好，床垫枕头比较舒适，智能马桶也还方便，酒店今年开业的，设施比较新，性价比很高，值得入住，位置也不远，走路距离市中心也就二十分钟左右，打车也很方便，不堵车的情况下几分钟，周边吃的也挺多。酒店大堂也很大气
