酒店服务太差了，由于酒店自己的原因当时开不了票，说后面开好寄给我，还居然寄到付。在酒店内点餐居然还要另收送餐费，五星级酒店都没碰到过这种情况！

很好的酒店，一进去就是不同的感觉，高大上，很舒适。带客人去梵净山游玩入住的，客人非常满意。是黔东南一行入住为性价比最高的酒店。可惜没早餐。

一个不需要回头客的酒店，能给3分是冲着外部环境，室内设施不如三星级酒店，早餐连续两天都只能靠抢，且品种单调，每天早餐亲眼目睹客人与服务员理论，也是种乐趣！
