环境不错，酒店房子的外观也很喜欢，其实服务业注重的应该还是细节，设施也还不错就是卫生不到位，泡澡的浴缸没清洗干净里面有小昆虫，厕所角落有蜘蛛网，五星的设施没有五星的服务和卫生，和新来的一个经理谈了一些看法都虚心接受，退房的时候大堂的小姑娘端着碗在吃饭貌似很不雅观哦，从服务员和前台人员来看素质是需要提高的，梵净山景色很美，希望有着天然环境的你们把酒店做的越来越好。

酒店周围环境非常好，空气清新，负氧离子超多，深深深呼吸，房间条件不错，就是五一入住放假房价太贵太贵太贵，和整个服务不相匹配，早餐品种太少，煎鸡蛋都没有。对于请不动假只能假期出行的我们来说也没有办法。如果是淡季来小住几天应该很舒服。五一景区全是人，进景区要排队，坐观光车要排队，坐索道要排队，全看人了。中国式特色假期旅游，没办法。整个贵州的旅游管理确实有待加强。
