酒店的最大特点是服务热情，服务员工作勤奋，有求必应，不论前台还是客房或餐厅，服务周到细致。酒店提供的用品很好，卫生整洁干净，餐厅提供可口美味的饭菜，早餐丰富可口。不足的是，电动窗帘放下时会有很多水滴下，尤如一块水帘布。宾馆门口出租车管理很乱，满天乱叫价，酒店礼宾部也无法为客人提供满意的叫车服务。这不是酒店的问题，是整个铜仁出租车行业管理的问题。

应该是铜仁最好的酒店之一，位置稍偏，交通不是很方便。酒店住宿性价比高，只是餐厅莱肴偏贵。酒店服务好，特别值得一提的是：20楼保洁的龙女士，服务态度和与人沟通特别好，我们住了五天很开心。
