房间是预付的，因为订的高铁因为故障通知退票了，然后跟艺龙客服沟通能不能退款，客服说要和酒店方沟通，过了一会儿回复必须高铁站开具书面证明然后拍照发过去才能退，关键是高铁票和酒店都是给朋友订的，人家从三点等到五点多告知退票已经离开了，我离高铁站还有一二百公里，我可以提供高铁票订单的明细你们可以打电话核实啊，可是不行，必须要书面证明，我当时真想骂人，我第一次对艺龙失望，如果评价有垃圾选项的话，我一定选，还有酒店方，我订的时候没有到店付的房间，都是预付款，我是看评价不错才订的这家酒店，谁知道非让提供高铁站出具的延误取消证明，我只能说超级垃圾

第一次来，在网上看了，现场看了才定的，客服态度很好，酒店里面卫生做的也很不错，早餐也很丰富，下次有机会再去.

地理位置优越，交通方便，夜游锦江很舒心！房间内泡池很棒，楼下室外温泉不锗，晚上安静，用餐方便，早点不错，自助餐也不错，下次到铜仁还来住！好评！

锦江温泉宾馆在铜仁的市中心，交通便利，位置很好找。酒店还是不错的，据说是铜仁最好的酒店之一，可以泡温泉，早餐也还可以，房间的物品档次还是有待提高，酒店的服务也有待提高，整体还是不错的。
