说句实话，这么多年一直很少详细评价，都是网络好评，这次要好好实话实说。我们定的3千多别墅房，12:30到达酒店有两个小时后还没能够入住，原因是服务员卫生没人搞，也没有地方安顿我们休息，后来在我们亲自监工下才调人来搞卫生。因为匆忙卫生不彻底，拖鞋、果盘等曾送的物品在我们再三电话催促后晚上九点多才送的房间；别墅房间空调差，自助餐也很一般，花了那么多钱没能享受对等待遇，只有差评。

酒店很好的，非常高大上，房间里就可以泡温泉，省去了跑来跑去的困扰，酒店外面的温泉没去泡，不知道怎么样，所有设施看着都非常棒。空调效果好，距离市区也很近，房间不算特别大，但是够用了，还有赠送的饮料，水果，才不到400一晚，带两张温泉票，非常划算了。
