我真的很无语，定了三间房，早上吃完早餐回房居然发现房门打开，里面既然有服务员到打扫房间，我又没叫服务为什么这个星级酒店的管理是这样的。我钱包所有的东西都还到房间里，我都还想回房间睡个觉，你们是到赶客人吗？投诉到前台，也没人给我个道歉，什么破酒店。。。真他妈的差到无语
