服务态度差，我是看了房间问了前台房型才团的，结果第二天前台服务员说我的是豪华单人间，要付258，你明明知道我要的房间是哪种可以喊我照着房型团，事后又来加价还各种推脱，太不专业了

吃逛方便，有地下车库，房间干净，只是通过交涉后才换了间大点的房间，不知道是不是歧视网上订房呢？通过艺龙订房，这种情况发生了二次了
