我在艺龙网上定的商务房房价245元，艺龙显示大床、双床均245元，可是到了酒店办理入住时，前台一直找不到我的预定信息，并要求大床房另加20元，即265元。随即与前台进行交涉未果，全台服务员坚持说双床245.大床265。当我拿着房卡进房间时，又打不开房门，使我又一次下楼到前台刷房卡。哎！服务细节上急需改善。但是要表扬该楼层的服务员阿姨，服务态度确实很好，给我带来了温馨的感受，在此表示感谢。总体还是可以的。
