设施中规中矩，县城的也是这样啦，不能和大城市比。但酒店隔音真的很差，大半夜一群人在走廊嘈吵，一大早就被楼下的音乐吵醒。退房速度有点慢，前台服务很一般。

酒店位于乌江畔，江边风景很好，周边环境不错，公共交通可能不方便，自驾比较合适，下高速不远。酒店外观气派，大堂大气豪华，带地面和地下停车场。提前一天在艺龙预定了一间豪华单人间，到店给开了一间位于14楼角落上的异形房，向前台提出质疑这房间跟官方发布的普通单间一样，不是我所预定的豪华单间，前台很肯定的答复这就是豪华单间，由于时间比较晚了，第二天一早就走，当时也懒得继续理论了。由于是异形房，因此布局比较凌乱，没有躺椅，屋里唯一能坐人的就是写字台前的一把椅子；卫生间比较小，布局也不好，进出和开关门都会感觉很逼仄，淋浴间里居然没有放置洗浴用品的搁架，用起来很别扭，洗浴用品也比较一般；后来看了下大楼布局，由于造型设计的原因，每层楼四个角落的房间都会是异形房，以后住客们要注意了。房间整体的设计、装潢和设施都没有问题，比较新，质感不错，2米大床，不临江但视野还不错；房内配有两瓶赠饮和茶包，没有咖啡；床垫软硬适中，床单细腻舒适，但奇怪的是被套却很粗糙；房间隔音效果不错，夜间睡眠够安静；早餐种类还算丰富，品质只能算一般；服务还行，响应迅速。整体而言，是一家能达到四星标准的酒店，但还有不少细节需要改善。
