房间有味道，而且服务员太……早就定好了房间，都担保过了，到了之后还是没有房间可以入住，大冷天的在大堂等了将近两个小时，房间里还没有灶具……想用还要在加钱，，说好的公寓呢？公寓里不应该有灶具么？而且，目测洗衣机也不能用……
