  前台态度很好的，房间温度也蛮合适的。小童乐园随便不大但是小朋友很开心，就是有个别家长光脚在里面感觉很不舒服，希望酒店能提醒一下，毕竟都是小朋友玩的地方 元旦入住人蛮多的，早餐要排队，但是要了打包盒打包了点去外面吃了。总体来説非常满意

  酒店地处西栅和东栅之间，离东栅更近一点步行可达，出来左转大概100米左右有一条街上有许多饭店，酒店房间蛮大的，前台一位灰西装的小哥哥还贴心的帮我把下午茶换成了早餐，非常感谢，餐厅的美女小姐姐还耐心的帮我打包下午茶，客房打扫的很乾净，帮我把衣服都叠整齐了，感谢完美的服务，唯一欠缺的就是，空调可不可以调得高一点，有点冷，包括大堂，总的来説选择这家酒店是来乌镇最好的选择。
