我们订的豪华单人间 去了给的是标准单人间 。 前台说好话的和普通的一样的 那在网上有价格差 这是欺骗消费者吗？ 还有电脑业不是免费的 要另外收钱 。 图片与现实差异大。

前台和主管态度都很差，突然要求加房费，在交涉的过程中，说“如果感觉贵的话可以不住啊”的话，同时电视线路坏了，让换一条线，宾馆工作人员说没有，就建议他们备线以备急用，她说没办法，真太令人失望了！环境设施也很陈旧
